Does Kurin Organics’ products contain harsh chemicals?

Absolutely not! We did the thinking so that you won’t have to second guess your purchases. That means no phosphates, sulphates, SLS, SLES, parabens, petrochemicals (or palm oil), microplastics, and a whole list of other nasty stuff. Unlike most other soaps, we do not use enzymes to supplement wash efficacy, as we understand that it is not suitable for everyone. Every product is also vegan-friendly and animal cruelty free. The only animals we tested were on our founders, and look how they turned out!

How about preservatives?

Our promise is to be as natural as possible. That is why we don’t compromise, even when it comes to preservatives. We only use Naturagard (accepted by Ecocert and COSMOS) to naturally preserve, while intentionally leaving out synthetic preservatives that are regulated stringently for obvious reasons.

And packaging?

Kurin Organics is working towards minimal waste. While we’ve not ticked all the boxes just yet, here are some of the littles things we thought were important:

  • Biodegradable packaging (including foam fillings and mailer bags)
  • We work with the best couriers that provide carbon neutral shipping* (*within Australia)
  • 100% biodegradable products that you can safely flush (even for homes with septic tanks)

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship locally in Australia and Singapore.
  • We also ship worldwide.

Shipping times*:

  • Local orders in Australia take 3-10 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days.
  • Local orders in Singapore take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days.
  • International orders may take a longer time (depending on country), but we will endeavour to ship within the same 2 business days.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

*Due to today’s uncertainty, coupled with a high volume of orders, we are unable to guarantee the specific arrival times. We hope for your greatest understanding, as our team work to resolve any delays.

Shipping cost:

  • Orders over $100 will enjoy free shipping.
  • l be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
  • You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

    • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.

    Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email contact@kurinorganics.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. However, we understand that your experience matters, and we will provide you with a free shipping voucher on your next purchase.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
  • For orders made at a physical store, please approach the retailer where the purchase was made for your refund.
  • International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

    Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

    The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

    The customs value is made up of:

    • the price paid for the goods,
    • the insurance cost,
    • the shipping cost.

    I made a wrong order. Can I amend it?

    Sure you can! It helps if you reach out to us immediately or within 2 working days from your purchase, so that we can make the best arrangements for you.
